Fishtail Braids Hairstyle

Hello friends,

I hope you have had a beautiful week-end.  Today I fixed my hair in three accent fishtail braids and a side bun.  I wanted to take length pictures, but I think I will have to go a wash or two without using coconut oil...my hair is not cooperating with me right now!  But although coconut oil works can work against me when it comes to length pictures and loose hair, it is amazing for braids and updo's <3

Triple French Braid Headband

Hello everyone,

This morning I had a fancy headband updo on my mind, so I ended up fixing my hair in three small French headband braids combined with a side bun.  I love small French braids!  And side buns!  So the two combined is definitely a favorite hair'do :-)
     The morning sun was so bright, I ended up taking pictures in the shade and also in the sunshine.  It's interesting to see the difference between the two.  I hope wherever in the world you are, you have a lovely day <3

4-Strand Braided Updo

Hello everyone,

We are having some stormy weather in the islands, but thankfully this morning was beautiful and just right for taking hair pictures :-)  I fixed my hair in a sideways 4-strand braid, and kept the side bun loosely held in place with tiny hairclips.  A fun way to fix long hair when you want it up but still slightly visible from the front.

Side bun~ my look for today

Hello everybody,

I washed my hair last night, and used coconut oil first.  I absolutely love using coconut oil on my hair!  I put it mostly on the ends, all the way up the length of hair but not actually near the top of my head.  Then I put my hair in a bun and leave it alone for an hour or so, and finally I wash my hair using the C-W-C method with Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner.
     Today to fix my hair, I made several small English braids and brought them all together with the rest of my loose hair into a side bun, which I held in place with a variety of hair clips and a few bobby pins.  Thank you so much for coming to check out my new post <3
